    What colour light is best for a bedroom?

    Warmer colour temperatures, such as 2700K, help create a relaxing environment which is ideal for a bedroom. For task lighting, such as bedside reading lamps, a slightly cooler temperature of 3000K might be better. Ultimately, the best colour temperature for a bedroom is subjective and depends on personal preference.

    What types of lighting should I consider for my bedroom?
