Here are some frequently asked questions by our customers
LED strip lights are flexible circuit boards populated by LEDs. They can be used for a wide range of applications, from accent lighting and task lighting to backlighting and even festive decorations. Their flexibility means they can be installed almost anywhere.
IP stands for Ingress Protection, which is a rating system used to define levels of sealing effectiveness of electrical enclosures against intrusion from foreign bodies, such as tools, dirt, dust and moisture. IP20 means that the strip light is protected against solid objects that are larger than 12.5mm, but not against liquids. IP65, on the other hand, means that the strip lights are protected against both dust and low-pressure water jets from any direction.
Our LED strip lights are 24Vdc. This means that you'll need a 24Vdc power supply to operate them. It’s important to use the correct power supply for your strip lights to avoid the risk of any damage.
